Our online fact-find gives us the essentials before we chat, meaning less form filling and more problem-solving.
Then comes the fun part, the conversation! We meet “face-to-face,” via secure video wherever you are. It’s quick, secure, and encrypted end-to-end, so it’s every bit as confidential as a sit-down in the office… just with better coffee and no travel. You can even join from different locations if there’s more than one of you.
Once we’ve got the right plan in place, all your documents are sent securely, so you can review and sign everything from the comfort of your sofa, with us on hand to guide you through every step.

Our Simple Three Step Process
Step 1 - First Contact
It all starts with a quick chat so we can get a feel for what you’re looking to do, YOUR plans, YOUR priorities, and what matters most to YOU.
We’ll grab a few basics to make sure we’re the right fit, and then (if it makes sense) we’ll invite you to complete our secure online fact-find. It’s quick, simple, and you can do it whenever it suits, sofa, train or wherever works for you.
Step 2 - Discovery
Your Discovery Meeting is where things really get moving. It’s all about your goals, not just the numbers. We’ll meet face-to-face (in person or over secure video) to understand your full situation. Then, while you get on with your day, we’ll get to work finding the right mortgage and protection options for you because getting the loan is one thing, but keeping your house if life throws you a curveball is just as important.
Step 3 - Recommendation
Once we’ve done the legwork, we’ll walk you through our recommendations face-to-face via secure video. We’ll explain everything clearly, share documents through our online system, and keep things quick, simple and safe.
If you’re happy, we’ll take care of the paperwork and manage your case through to completion, because we’re with you for the whole journey, not just the mortgage.
